Greek Salad Dressing

This Greek Salad Dressing is light and fresh. I goes great with a greek salad of perfect as a marinade for mediterranean style chicken kabobs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Médeterranean Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  1. Into a mini-blender add 1/2 red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard.
  2. Next add in 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of dried mediterranean oregano.
  3. Blend it well and taste. Add salt and pepper to taste, I added about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 of pepper.
  4. After I had the salt and pepper good I rechecked the taste and decided to add 1 tablespoon of honey to balance it out.
  5. Use immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
