Lemon Dill Caper Sea Food Sauce

This easy to throw together sea food sauce will soon become your go to sauce for your next get together, or to elevate that family favorite on sea food night at your household. It comes together quickly with ingredients that most will have already in the refrigerator and pantry.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 TSP Capers
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Dill About 1/4 Cup Minced

Instructions

  1. Mince up a medium bunch of fresh dill, about 1/4 of a cup.
  2. Roughly chop 1 tablespoon of capers.
  3. In to a bowl add the mayo, sour cream capers and the minced dill. Squeeze the juice of one large lemon into the bowl and mix gently with a spatula.
  4. Place into a lidded jar and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour before using so that the flavors will all blend together.
