Growing up in the Southern West Virginia Coal Fields, We ate a lot of hot dogs in the summer. West Virginia's love their hot dogs, but they also have a distinct style. This Chili is my Mom's recipe one the favorite summer recipes, soon to be yours as well.

Ingredients
2CupsWater
1TablespoonBetter than Bullion BeefThis is my little addition to Mom's Recipe
1PoundGround Beef
1/2Sweet OnionFine Dice
1/2Cup KetchupHeinz
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2TeaspoonsKosher Salt
1Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
Into a dutch oven or large stock pot add the water, ground beef, onion and the Better Than Beef Bullion over medium heat.Let is cook for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally, until the ground beef is no longer pink.
Add in the remaining ingredients, ketchup, chili powder, salt and pepper and reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
