What You Need For This Recipe

  • Cillantro
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Chipotle Puree

How To Put Together This Smokey Chipotle Sandwich Sauce

This recipe is so simple that there is no special equipment necessary. Start with a large mixing bowl. Into the bowl add in the Mayo. I always use Dukes Mayo, just my preference, use what you like and your tastes are use to.

Next add the mustard, here I went with a spicy brown, fresh squeeze limed juice, Worcestershire sauce fresh cilantro chopped up very fine. Than the Chipotle Puree. I always use lousianapepperexchange.com Chipotle Pepper Puree. Their products are amazing and I always have them on my pantry shelves.

If you don’t have them you could puree up a chipotle in adobo sauce and substitute that, but the taste may be a little different than what I intended here.

I like to let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour up to two is better. Store the leftover if there is any for 3 to 5 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
