Hey folks, thanks so much for stopping by my little slice of the web. I just got laid off from my corporate job after 14 years, so I am going to give my food passion a chance to shine. I thank you for your visit and I hope that you follow along.
Growing up in the rural coal fields of Southern West Virginia was only the beginning of my love for food. In my granddad’s kitchen I was always treated to simmering pots of goodness. There was also plenty of fresh vegetables from his garden.
Moving to Georgia a little over 12 years ago for work, I am delighted to call Alpharetta / Milton my home. The southern hospitality combined with the wonderful southern foods are ideal. While my cooking continues here in Ga, it all began in my Granddad’s kitchen
My food is a combination of my Appalachian roots with a Southwestern influence and a little Venezuelan thrown in for my wife.
